The seven-seat Bell 206L3 is powered by a Rolls-Royce (Allison) 250-C30P turboshaft. It’s a derivate of the original LongRanger, which featured a 30-inch (760 mm) cabin stretch to add two rear facing seats between the cockpit and rear cabin. The 206L-3 was in production from 1982 to 1992. It originally had a maximum takeoff weight of 1,882 kg (4,150 lb.) or 1,926 kg (4250 lb.) with an external load, but aircraft can be upgraded to 2,018.5 kg (4,450 lb.) internal gross weight and 2,063.8 kg (4,550 lb.) external gross weight.
