The helicopter ceased flight operations after completion of a ground run on 30 August 2024. Since that date, all scheduled inspections, storage inspections, and recurring maintenance activities have been discontinued. Preservation maintenance programs were not continued. The aircraft is currently considered non-operational and would require inspection, technical evaluation, and reactivation procedures prior to return to service. Bell helicopter approval and/or technical involvement may be required before the aircraft can be returned to operational status.
