Heliflite is one of the leading helicopter companies in Australasia and has been proudly providing sales, service and spare parts support to the helicopter industry since 1977. Heliflite has been the longest serving authorised Robinson Helicopter Company distributor in Australasia since 1977. Heliflite introduced the first R22 two-place helicopter in 1980, while the four-place R44 was first introduced in 1994 with both becoming the biggest selling helicopters in Australia. In 2011 Heliflite introduced the first 5-place R66 Turbine into the region. In 2016 Heliflite imported the world’s first R44 Cadet helicopter into the region. Currently there are more than 1100 Robinson helicopters in Australia, which is over half the total helicopter fleet in Australia. In 1997 Heliflite was appointed Australasian service centre for Leonardo Helicopter Division (formerly AgustaWestland) which feature the AW189, AW139, AW169, AW109 & AW119 helicopters. In 2013 Heliflite was appointed the exclusive Oceania distributor for Kopter Swisshelicopter. Kopter Swisshelicopter is developing the SKYe SH09, the latest generation of high performance light single-engine helicopter with Heliflite playing an integral role in introducing and supporting the soon to be certified product in the region. In 2019 Heliflite exclusively secured the ground-breaking XTI Trifan 600 VTOL distributorship for Oceania, Indonesia and The Philippines. Leading edge US aerospace company XTI Aircraft is at the forefront of redefining air travel with their breakthrough six seat aeroplane. The Trifan 600 will offer the speed and luxury of a business jet while have the convenience of take-off and landing of a helicopter.
